Correctly handle expression in attributes

Only extract translations from attributes with an angular-expression.
E.g. the translation should be extracted from
`<a title='{{ "test" | translate }}' ></a>`
  but not from
  `<a title='"test" | translate' ></a>`
  as it does not contain an expression
