Remove rerun from bundle

We don't really need it as a project dependency, as Anderson noted.

Rename *OnBehalf -> Publish

Remove unnecessary assignment

Shield caller from envelope builder details

A few more small improvements

Added a few comments to clarify logic. Use _id fields instead of child
objects since that's all we need really.

Use find_or_create_by to allow rerunning

Implement auth_token helper method

For now it just fetches the first token. When we implement multiple
token support, it'll fetch the currently active token.
