Stop hypothesis sidebar from overlapping pdf.js toolbar

 * Move the hypothesis sidebar down by the height of the pdf.js
   toolbar, so it doesn't obscure anything.  On very small screens,
   hypothesis had been encroaching on the minimum-width of the pdf.js
   toolbar.
