Update README (merge commit)

Merge branch 'docs/update-readme' into 'main'
* Fix Dockerfile script for building frontend in production

* Add link to internal contributing guides

When we develop internally we use the CSC
self-hosted gitlab for development. Slightly different
contributing rules apply to us developing via gitlab
than github.

* Update dependencies

This was done with the commands mentioned in
the project README.

* Remove mentions of master branch

We no longer maintain a master branch because
our development team has defaulted to using
 branch for every project.

* Update metax references and taxonomy names

It's been a while since we've updated these with the
generation script and it's good to do this occasionally.

* Fix misspelled docstring

* Update analysis schema

* Update README and CONTRIBUTING

README now follows the same template we aim
to use for all our projects. There was also
bunch of outdated info in both the README
and the CONTRIBUTING files.

* Update github actions workflows

Integration tests would be nice to pass after
new commits are mirrored to the main branch.
Dependabot auto merge and publish image to
docker hub are outdated behavior.
