Webscraping refactor (#21)

* removed unused `check-overdrive` command from run.py

* removed unused `counted` function, added type annotations

* removed test for `counted`

* fixed type annotations for `total`, moved request to `get_html` from `make_request`

* changed `EbookStatus` from a `NamedTuple` to a `dataclass`
