feat: sof strategy from phx tools (#22)

chore: fixed faq piece on authentication
chore: fixed faq comments on resolvers, they used old names
chore: removed old code

breaking: config.auth.strategy no longer takes a string path to a module containing a strategy, it now takes the strategy. If you were using it and populating the old auth with env variables, you do not need to make a change. Changes should only be necessary for people doing custom authentication via this configuration.
