Better test and exception handling (#15)

* Raise CommandError if exception occurs in EOS Connector Execute
* Changed "LoginNotReady" error to accept kwargs
* Updated Cumulus Connector to raise "LoginNotReady" if exception during connect
* 100% code coverage for cumulus and eos modules.
