:bug: Keep saved Java methods bound to their receiver

Return independent callables from Java-instance lookup, retaining the
original proxy and JNI reference. Pass receivers explicitly through
single-method calls and overload dispatch instead of mutating shared
descriptors, so later lookups cannot redirect saved methods.

Preserve class-access descriptor identities, unbound-call errors,
static reuse on Python classes, and signatures() forwarding. Add
receiver-value, garbage-collection, and System.out.println regressions
for single and overloaded methods, plus an executable API example.

Validation: 18 binding tests and 230 full-suite tests pass; Cython
generation, the documentation example, and the HTML build succeed.
