Set version as 1.2.1  fix bad version 1.2.0

Improve array variables management and test (handle list of dictionaries)
Set variables dump at DEBUG log level, only log creation, updates and differences
Allow to configure underlying CherryPy log
Allow to configure ignoring the unknown hosts and services - do not return an error status
