Commit Message

Add Kubernetes documentation/support

This commit also updates the Docker files to ensure Kubernetes files are
not added to the Docker container, as well as fixes the Dockerfile to
create a minimal Edge Microgateway configuration for all configuration
items not exposed via environment variables.
