Update deps and fix small issues with synchronisation
* update react and webpack - introducing necessary changes
* move all possible packages to npm - with advent of c3.js we are going
to ditch bower, right no we need it for flot deps
* fix willUnmount callbacks to clear all unecessary timers that can
modify the unmounted component state closes: #13
* fix small issues with DOM rendering reported by react
* poll for traceswitch even after error response otherwise we can have
invalid state when the backend part is restarted
