Make lifecycle listener log level configurable, default to debug

The lifecycle listener property mmap.mapping.lifecycleListener now accepts
LOG_DEBUG (default), LOG_INFO and LOG_WARN, logging events of internal
resources always at debug level, besides NO_OP and a custom class name. The
corresponding listeners are LoggingLifecycleListener.DEBUG, INFO and WARN.
Both listener properties have default constants, LIFECYCLE_LISTENER_DEFAULT
and ERROR_LISTENER_DEFAULT (LOGGING).
