Infer types once per target (#856)

We inferred the types of the invariants, the verification functions and
the methods anew in several generators of each target, and an inherited
invariant even once per concrete class. Now each target infers them once
with ``intermediate_type_inference.infer`` in its ``main.py``, and passes
the result along the symbol table:

    type_inference.by_invariant[invariant]
    type_inference.by_verification[verification]
    type_inference.by_method[method]

We infer an invariant only in the type which specified it, as we already
did for the methods. The generated code stays the same, while the errors
of the type inference are now reported once, before the generation.
