BigInteger on the backend of GMP behind ADS_WITH_GMP: the products, the squares, the quotients with and without the remainder, the exact quotients, the conversions in the bases not powers of 2 and the gcd go to the mpn and mpz layers of GMP in the ranges of lengths where these were faster on a Xeon Gold 5120, on the digits of BigInteger in place, the rest staying on its own code; the CMake option ADS_WITH_GMP, off by default, links GMP to ADS::ADS and to the installed package, make test ADS_WITH_GMP=1, the CI job gmp, the test big-integer-gmp at the edges of every range, and bench-bignum-gmp
