Compose the Python verification (#822)

We verify the containers through one module-level function per
container type. Each function verifies only one level and calls the
function of its items by name, so the verification composes to any
depth:

    for error in _verify_list_of__class(that.refers_to):

All classes and named unions share the ``class`` moniker, since they
are verified with the same ``verify`` call and the read-only containers
are covariant. The constrained primitives are named by themselves
(``_verify_set_of__code``), as they are verified differently.

As a side effect, the constrained keys of the JSON objects in lists and
tuples are now verified as well.
