Transpile understood methods (#789)

We transpile the bodies of the understood methods in all the targets,
*e.g.*, ``self.count = self.count + 1`` becomes ``this.count = ...`` in
TypeScript. The invariants are not enforced after a method call, as
that would be too inefficient; we note that in the documentation of
the mutating methods.

The method bodies may not refer to constants or verification functions,
as that would make the types module depend cyclically on them, and use
``self`` only to access its members, since ``this`` is a raw pointer in
C++. The arguments of the methods declare their mutability with
``Sequence``, ``List`` and ``Mutable[...]`` as in the verification
functions.

We move the helpers of the transpiled code, such as ``FloorMod``, to
the common modules so that both the types and the verification can use
them, *e.g.*, ``common::FloorMod`` in C++ and ``Common.FloorMod`` in C#.
The calls are allowed as statements, *e.g.*, ``self.reset()``.
