Implement typeable encode and decode

typeable encodes data as grids of lowercase Crockford base32 blocks for
humans to retype, and decodes them with per-row error correction.

- encode compresses stdin (raw deflate, framed with a CRC-32), writes it
as rows of seven 5-character blocks plus a Reed-Solomon parity block.
- Parity is Reed-Solomon over GF(32), one symbol per character, split
into two interleaved codewords per row so any single mistake, a swap
within a block, or one whole unknown block can be repaired.
- decode opens an interactive Bubble Tea editor when stdin is a
terminal, with arrow-key navigation and live row checking, and falls
back to line-by-line input otherwise (or with --lines).
- Cancelling exits 130; other failures print one line and exit 1.

Built from the golang-template skeleton, with the unused config file,
profiling and logging options removed.
