fix: Restrict RecoverError to Datastar requests

Return HTTP 500 for `GET /boom/` in acceptance/recovererroralone,
where `RecoverError` is defined but `PageError500` is absent.
Keep the page load out of `RecoverError`: its SSE response commits
HTTP 200 and renders toast frames as the document.

Log `RecoverError` failures after the SSE response starts;
an HTTP fallback appends plain text to the stream.
