ast: translation unit is ExternalDeclaration, FunctionDefinition | Declaration (#288)

The TU, external-declaration stack, and AbstractSyntaxTree hold the
two-arm sum. fromNode classifies via asDeclaration / asFunctionDefinition.
SA and CG walk with tree.accept().
