Refactor rss-lettuce connection pool configs and add default 5s timeout fallback

- Introduce AbstractConnectionPoolConfig to eliminate code duplication across connection pool configuration classes (clientOptions, clientResources, duration parsing).
- Add support for configurable connection timeout (setTimeout) and apply a 5-second default timeout fallback when using Lettuce's default 60s timeout to prevent worker thread pool exhaustion during Redis network/server delays.
- Enhance Javadoc across connection pool config classes with XML bean definitions and programmatic usage examples.
