Use GraphQL for page-specific stats

Replace Redux-based dashboard stat sourcing with an Apollo GraphQL query for study-scoped stats. The global stats query now accepts a study_short_name variable and passes it to searchParticipants. pageSpecificStatsController was refactored to PageSpecificStatsController: it uses useQuery(STATS_QUERY) with a studyShortName prop (mapped to study_short_name array), adds loading/error handling, and passes the returned searchParticipants data to StatsView. studyDetailView now imports the page-specific controller and forwards study_short_name as studyShortName.
