box: replace lbox_read_view with cdata

This allows us to move the garbage collection callback to Lua, which
will be useful for exposing the read view module to application threads:
closing a read view in an application thread will require a round-trip
to the main thread, which is currently only possible to do in Lua code
(the threads module is unavailable in C). It also makes the code look
simpler generally.

Needed for #12951
