test: integrate ttt for PHPUnit test sandboxing

Register KonradMichalik\Ttt\TttExtension in the unit phpunit config and
replace hand-written $GLOBALS state juggling with ttt attributes:

- ShowSyncStatusTest: BE_USER mock and TYPO3_CONF_VARS setup/teardown
  migrated to #[WithBackendUser(admin: true, uid: 42)] and
  #[WithTypo3ConfVars]; LANG mock (behavioral) kept.
- RemoteResourceCollectionFactoryTest / FlexFormDataStructureParsedEventListenerTest:
  TYPO3_CONF_VARS setUp/tearDown migrated to #[WithTypo3ConfVars].
