fix(sa): brace designator values for aggregates; global re-zero

- fillFromStream struct/array: brace list initializes whole dest (like union)
- DataWordSink::onUnwritten zeros scalar lanes so later partial inits clear
  prior global stores (parity with FieldPlanSink)
- Pins for designator-to-brace aggregate/array and global/local re-zero
