fix(ast): harden brace initializers (zero-fill, excess, nested)

- Use hasResultSymbol() instead of asserting getResultSymbol() probes
- Zero-fill omitted struct members (C brace semantics)
- Diagnose excess scalar/struct elements and nested braces (unimplemented)
- Expand InitializersTest for partial, trailing comma, and errors
