Commit Message

Remove CDNs and related configurations; update asset references directly

- Deleted `cdn-assets.xml`, `cdn-assets-dev.properties`, and `cdn-assets-prod.properties`.
- Updated JSP templates and web rules to directly reference assets hosted on jsDelivr.
- Simplified navigation and asset resolution by removing dynamic bean configurations and CDN dependencies.
