feat(dbrecord): add advanced type casting, metadata resolver and domain
exceptions

- add metadata extraction layer (Metadata, MetadataResolver) to simplify
  DbRecord internals
- introduce ValueCaster with support for booleans, decimals
  (scale/no-scale) and mutable DateTime
- support custom casts via Column attribute options
- add contextual DbRecord exceptions (schema, persistence, not found)
  and exists() handling
- allow inserts with provided string primary keys
- preserve exact decimal strings when no scale is defined
- improve alter event typing and internal bind/mapping helpers
- extend test coverage with advanced type/decimal/error model cases
- update README with advanced type usage and behavior
