feat(core): add consistent hash ring distribution test and refactor line endings

Add ConsistentHashRingDistributionTest to verify cache distribution, update ThresholdLearner and Zeta.java with improved line ending handling, and remove unused imports in SingleFlightImpl and SingleFlightTest.
