Release 0.6.12.

 * `INISet` might trigger needless writes (and create empty sections) when accessing sections that have a schema definition, but no non-default value keys.
 * String interpolation for `${env:MY_VARIABLE}` and `${sys:my.properties}` now support default values, e.g. `${env:MY_VARIABLE:-my_default)`.
 * When `CreateDefaultsMode.SAMPLE` is in use, then always update the sample file.
