perf/security: xdebug-off, typoscript overview default, SSRF guard, profile-token validation (#43)

* perf: disable xdebug in spawned TYPO3 processes

* fix: validate profile tokens before the file-based lookup

* fix: restrict frontend render to configured site hosts

* perf: return a top-level overview by default for typoscript and tsconfig

* style: reorder const declarations per CS-Fixer after merge
