feat: add Kahoot-style polls (#447)

* kahoot first base

* feat: joinable kahoot game

* fix: nil-sicherer LQQuestion>>wasEdited (Crash in Host-Mode nach STON-Transfer)

STON-Deserialisierung (Kahoot-Netzwerk-/Repo-Pfad) umgeht initialize, sodass
wasEdited nil bleibt. formatAnswer:forQuestion:seperation: wertete nil in einem
booleschen and:and: aus -> NonBooleanReceiver. Accessor nun nil-sicher,
analog zum Schwester-Accessor wasSubmittedOnOriginalQuestion. Plus Regressionstest.

* chore: small UI fixes in KahootQuestionBuilder
- used PluggableLabelSpec when applicable
- improved UI alignment

* fix: small UI improvements + bug with correcChoice Value fixed

* linter: remove dead code

* refactor: addAnswerSet->registerParticpantName or ->submitAnswerSet

* fix: countdownBar now renders more synced

* chore: moved polling to asynchronous process (fork)

* fix: all Tests pass now

* fix: hide Kahoot type quizes from Poll List as they don't support VisualizationView or edits
