feat: Add --no-small flag to force-disable the small preset

Adds a --no-small counterpart to --small (mirrors --720): a later
--no-small forces small=False, overriding an earlier --small or a
stored/seeded GUI preference and unchecking the Small video box on a
seeded launch. Documented in README and covered by a seeded-launch test.
