Added divided multiple choice input fields (#448)

* Add segments for multiple choice options

* Fix errors in multi-choice separations

* Fix Test Errors

* Fix duplicate options turn red

* Change Test for turning duplicates red

* refactor: use dynamic ToolBuilder instead of hardcoded (polymorphism)

* feat: introduced scrolling in MultiChoice creation panel 
+ some minor ui improvements in multi choice fields/buttons
