Remove HTTP::Request::Writer#write (private) method

This method ensured the entire contents of a given buffer are written to the
socket, as previously the underlying method performed partial writes.

Since we're now using Socketry as the backend, it's no longer necessary as
Socketry distinguishes between #write and #writepartial.
