fix: correct k8s.io/kubelet go.sum hash to match go.mod v0.34.3 requirement

Introduced during fork-sync conflict resolution of aa98a497 (dra-driver-sriov
integration) — go.mod auto-merged to require kubelet v0.34.3 but go.sum
mistakenly retained stale v0.34.1 hashes, breaking go mod verification.
