Introduce `addCompileUnit` to limit lint compiled context and a bunch of caching (#161)

I'm torn on whether addCompileUnit should be required so usage is
explicit. Alternative maybe some tree pruning can be applied to reduce
duplicated parts of the different compiled units but this feels kinda
overcomplicated when more than likely the user is wanting to target
specific compiled units already
