fix: use -> instead of ?-> after assertNotNull in RecurrenceRuleTest

PHPStan narrows the return type of getUntil() to DateTimeImmutable (non-
nullable) after assertNotNull(), so the nullsafe operator ?-> is illegal
at level 8 (nullsafe.neverNull).
