chore: order the @dcl/tracer-component import after @dcl/thegraph-component

The migration renamed @well-known-components/tracer-component to
@dcl/tracer-component but left it in its old position, which violates
the import/order rule's intra-scope alphabetization (tracer sorts after
thegraph). Move it to the end of the @dcl import group in both the app
and test component wirings.
