Add implementation of carapace-magick completer

Implements the core argstream parser for ImageMagick's `magick` CLI with
shell completion support: option definitions (~130 options with +/- forms),
tool profiles for 6 sub-tools (identify, mogrify, compare, composite,
montage), AST and completion parser with parentheses/stack operator support,
dynamic actions shelling out to `magick -list`, shared completer dispatch,
7 completer CLIs, debug CLI, CI/GoReleaser config, and AGENTS.md.
