fix: Skip legacy instanceProfile invalid cleanup

This skips the legacy instanceProfile cleanup when the clusterName has
a pattern that is invalid for an instanceProfileName.

This avoids blocking deletion of an EC2NodeClass just because it would
attempt to cleanup the legacy instanceProfile and fail.
