Simplify math comments and migrate AAD backend prose to docs

Reduce the per-backend RegisterIndependent / ZeroAdjoints comment blocks in
aad.hpp and tape.hpp to one-line pointers now that the contract prose lives in
docs/methodology/aad.md section Backends (added in Phase 0). Remove WHAT-noise
section labels from expr.hpp, stacks.hpp, and banded.cpp, keeping the
Numerical-Recipes storage note and other algorithm references. Migrate the
interpmixed C0-continuity derivation to interpolation.md section Mixed Log-DF
and leave a one-line invariant pointer in source.

Comment-only on the C++ side; the only non-comment edit is the interpolation.md
addition.
