:sparkles: 添加 Web 应用上下文测试支持

- 在build.gradle中添加infra-webmvc可选依赖
- 新增AssertableWebApplicationContext接口用于支持AssertJ风格断言
- 添加WebApplicationContextRunner类用于Mock Web应用上下文测试
- 修改MockMvcAutoConfigurationTests使用WebApplicationContextRunner替代ApplicationContextRunner
- 更新AbstractApplicationContextRunner文档添加WebApplicationContextRunner引用
