Fix Solar Corona refraction (#4973)

* Replace sprite by vertex array that undergoes refraction by-vertex
- Compensate RA stretch for declination effect
- keeps corona aligned with ecliptic.

* Temporary: trigger assert (debug build only) if dubious call really proceeds
