fix: remove integration-tests from Coveralls, add Javadoc to HotKey methods

- Remove integration-tests coverage from Coveralls upload (no src/main,
  JaCoCo skips report)
- Add missing Javadoc to HotKey constructor, computeIfAbsent overloads,
  notifyLocalDetectorDirect, notifyLocalDetector overloads,
  returnLocalTopNHotKeys
- Add null-guards in HotKeyDetector add/contains/addDirect methods
