Refactor imports in CohortAnalyzer tests

Reorder and clean up imports across CohortAnalyzer test files. Key changes:
- CohortAnalyzer.entryPoint.test.js: moved CohortStateContext, CohortModalContext and CohortAnalyzer imports to the top and removed duplicate import block.
- ButtonWithTooltip.test.js & CreateNewCohortButton.test.js: import the tested components directly (removed duplicate imports).
- CohortDataTransform.test.js: added imports for graphql client and getJoinedCohortData and moved mock declarations accordingly.
- CohortAnalyzerConfig.test.js: removed an unused React import.
- CohortAnalyzerController.test.js: imported CohortAnalyzerController earlier and removed the duplicate import.
- cohortAnalyzerDownloadAll.test.js: moved html-to-image and jspdf mocks positions (after module imports) for consistency.

These edits tidy test files, remove duplicate imports, and ensure required modules are imported where used.
