test: cover VisitorPartialEvaluator.visitCtFor (#6757)

Adds a JUnit 5 test that parses a for loop snippet, applies the
VisitorPartialEvaluator, and asserts the result is a CtFor with
the expected forInit, condition, and forUpdate after evaluation.
