FAIRmat Phase 1, final project meeting updates, preparing `v0.1.0` (#4)

* run-through parsing script to convert .mtex.h5 files to NeXus/HDF5 using NXem

* test run was successful, missing points before starting the queue for all files (sorted in decreasing priority): i) add eln parsing essentially like for apm, ii) check if mtex content is carried over correctly, iii) add warning for missing phase names in mapping, iv) file aliasing, V) run-through!

* fixed i), ii), and iii), working fine

* fixed iv), ready for the run-through

* nomad_project_names collected and used, run-through version

* files used for the run-through of mtex.h5 files, run-through was successful

* final touches prior the merging
