test(tui): add pty UAT harness and group TUI drivers under scripts/tui

- harness.py: pty driver with expect/refute assertions, snapshots, and a
  CI exit code; answers crossterm ESC[6n so the TUI can't abort mid-init
- move tui_drive.py into scripts/tui/; add README + example.prog
- AGENTS.md: document both drivers and when to use each
- add CLAUDE.md symlink -> AGENTS.md
