* Start directory structure reorganization and refactoring of the project to improve maintainability and clarity. This includes moving files to more appropriate directories, renaming files for consistency, and updating import paths accordingly. The changes also involve updating GraphQL schema locations and adjusting model converters to align with the new structure.
* Standartize project structure and refactor codebase
* Remove model package

* Fix linting issues and update imports for consistency.
