chore: reposition crate + package descriptions to local-LLM launcher

Update Cargo.toml and the homebrew/scoop/AUR deployment templates to the
"Zero-overhead, terminal-native local-LLM launcher" tagline (was
"...TUI for launching local llama.cpp models"). Generated tap/scoop
manifests pick this up on the next release.
